• Runtime health комбинира units, workers, integrity, pending operations, queues, locks, incidents и readiness findings.
• Operation ledger пази request, actor, target, plan, phase и result; queue serialises conflicting applies.
• Domain locks включват software, apply и firewall transactions; stale lock се release-ва само чрез recovery.
• Watchdog/supervisor limit restart loops; repeated failure becomes finding.
• Recovery coordinator предлага resume, rollback, mark-for-review или controlled lock release.

1. Export diagnostic state.

Важни правила

• Green service не е достатъчен при incomplete journal.
• Recovery не deletes history.
