- Incident е correlated problem/symptoms; diagnostic case е managed work с owner, scope, steps, evidence и result.
- Step results: passed, failed, inconclusive или skipped с reason.
- Service lifecycle покрива repair, replacement, monitoring и component service history.
- Validation/Acceptance записва actor, evidence и residual risk.
Как се работи
- Check existing incident/case.
- Create case if needed.
- Run steps/record results.
- Link service/replacement.
- Run validation.
- Accept or monitor.
Важни правила
- Operational review не closes automatically.
- Symptom gone без evidence не е resolved.
- Overdue/inconclusive остава visible.
