Incidents, diagnostic cases и service lifecycle

Управление на hardware problem до validation/acceptance.

Какво обхваща

  • Incident е correlated problem/symptoms; diagnostic case е managed work с owner, scope, steps, evidence и result.
  • Step results: passed, failed, inconclusive или skipped с reason.
  • Service lifecycle покрива repair, replacement, monitoring и component service history.
  • Validation/Acceptance записва actor, evidence и residual risk.

Как се работи

  1. Check existing incident/case.
  2. Create case if needed.
  3. Run steps/record results.
  4. Link service/replacement.
  5. Run validation.
  6. Accept or monitor.

Важни правила

  • Operational review не closes automatically.
  • Symptom gone без evidence не е resolved.
  • Overdue/inconclusive остава visible.
