What it covers
- An incident is a correlated problem/symptom set; a diagnostic case is managed work with owner, scope, steps, evidence and result.
- Step results are passed, failed, inconclusive or skipped with a reason.
- Service lifecycle covers repair, replacement, monitoring and component-service history.
- Validation/Acceptance records actor, evidence and residual risk.

Important rules
- Operational review does not close automatically.
- A gone symptom without evidence is not resolved.
- Overdue/inconclusive remains visible.
