Digital Eco Systems processes only the data necessary to operate the public website, respond to enquiries, provide support and protect the system.
Form data
When a contact or support enquiry is submitted, the system may process name, organisation, email, optional phone number, subject, message, product and version. It also stores pseudonymous technical identifiers for abuse prevention and security audit.
Purposes
The data is used to answer the enquiry, continue communication, provide technical support, prevent spam and abuse and maintain an auditable processing record.
Retention
Contact enquiries are retained for up to 730 days and support enquiries for up to 1095 days, unless an applicable legal or contractual basis requires a different period.
Sharing and security
The data is not sold. Access is limited to authorised administrators and technical providers when necessary to operate and protect the service. Access control, audit, protected sessions and least-privilege measures are used.
Your rights
You may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection as provided by applicable law. Requests can be submitted through the contact form.
