Digi Email Systems is a modern mail server and work environment for organisations that want direct control over email, users, domains and security.
Main text
DES is more than SMTP and IMAP services. It is an independent platform for email, teamwork, domains, users, webmail, contacts, calendar and task capabilities, migrations, monitoring and audit.
DES can operate independently and always has its own licence. When integrated with Nextera, the platform may receive central plans, limits, modules and feature flags while retaining its own identity and runtime logic.
Security boundary
An Owner manages the organisation and its domains, but this does not automatically grant access to the contents of every mailbox.
The Domain is the logical data boundary. Personal and team mailboxes use a common mailbox engine, while access is controlled through clearly defined sharing or proxy/delegation rules.
