Bots assist moderation, security and support processes. They are not above the rules and do not replace human review.
Profiles and identity
Users can create a profile and manage their avatar, public information, privacy, language, notifications and account security.
The system provides for contact verification, account recovery, trust state, impersonation protection, controlled privacy settings and history of sensitive account actions.
Posts and social content
Harmixo supports posts, visibility, reactions or votes, reporting mechanisms and public content according to policy.
The public area is separated from the login-only social environment. SEO operates only on content approved for public access.

Discover people and topics
The discovery system supports search by @username, search by #hashtag, user hashtags, trending topics, global search, quick suggestions and privacy/safety filtering.
Friends, matches and private communication
Harmixo supports friend requests, friends lists, matchmaking preferences, match feeds, matches and relationship-aware direct-message permissions.
Private communication can include direct messages, support channels, reactions, read state, presence, typing status, media messages and retention policies.
Safety by design
Harmixo includes strong age and behavioural protection.
Users aged 16–17 form a protected group. The dating layer has a strict age wall and does not mix minors with the 18+ matchmaking group.
Users under 18 are not shown pornographic or other explicitly sexual content. Legitimate educational material may be available only in a controlled context.
Repeated-view and anti-stalking logic is context-aware. Normal chat or media previews are not automatically treated as stalking. Thresholds and monitoring are stricter for media associated with minors.

Galleries and media rights
The media system includes multiple albums and galleries, upload, media library, visibility, protected media, access requests, grants and revocation, attachment context, claims and review, ownership dashboard, delete and restore lifecycle, takeout manifest and audit trail.
The right to view content is separate from the right to share it.
Moderation and appeals
Harmixo uses a structured moderation workflow with reports, moderation queues, risk queues, safety dashboards, cases, case notes, timelines, quarantine, restricted state, decision receipts, appeals, owner or administrator review and evidence export.
Rules apply to everyone. A person provides review and appeal, not arbitrary exemption from the rules.
Support bots
Different bots may assist with safety monitoring, moderation triage, crisis and personal support, content classification, notifications, recovery and public SEO maintenance.
Sensitive personal and crisis conversations remain private between the user and the relevant support bot according to security and privacy rules.

Login, registration, home, chat, gallery, profile, settings, owner/admin and error pages share one coherent visual language.
