A system for organising clients, audits, documents, evidence, standards and traceable compliance processes.
Main text
DCOS is designed to support auditors and organisations without scattering the audit process across unrelated files, email and spreadsheets.
Core capabilities
- clients;
- new and historical audits;
- client selection when starting an audit;
- audit locking for the assigned auditor;
- documents and evidence;
- client portal;
- document upload and exchange;
- report generation;
- standards and rule versions;
- history of the standard used for each audit;
- online WEB/API operation;
- Windows and Linux clients;
- explicit offline workspaces;
- local SQLite only for offline mode;
- safe synchronisation without losing local work;
- audit trail;
- client release distribution from the DCOS Server.
Offline safety
Local data and files are not deleted or replaced until the server confirms successful and durable acceptance. During a timeout, lost connection, conflict or uncertain response, local information remains intact and waits for safe synchronisation.
Product information
The public text is expanded when the final DCOS master documentation is supplied. Unverified standards, certifications or regulatory guarantees must not be invented.
