Digi Control documentation
Console entry points
Map of official guided entry points and their purpose.
What it covers
- dctl=overview; dctl-software=package management; dctl-hardware=hardware; dctl-runtime=runtime health/control; dctl-modules=product modules.
- dctl-remote-admin=local remote access; dctl-managed-servers=inventory/pairing; dctl-logs=known log sources/export; dctl-diagnostics=fallback diagnostics; dctl-audit=audit/compliance.
- Specialised hardware/runtime/security entry points are starting positions in the same console, not separate logic.
How to use it
- Use general dctl for daily work.
- Use a specialised entry point for a specific finding/support procedure.
- Without arguments expect a guided menu.
Important rules
- Binary presence does not authorise undocumented automation.
- Developer/release entry points are not user operations.
- Text fallback can show the same domain without curses.
