Managed Servers — inventory, pairing and snapshots

Central view of independent DigiOS servers and bounded actions.

What it covers

  • Managed Servers is inventory, not cluster/HA.
  • A list/card shows name, address, hostname, state, Last seen, fingerprint, warnings/blockers and Remote Administration state.
  • Clicking opens interactive server detail: overview, modules, software, services/workers, hardware, diagnostics, trust and audit.
  • Snapshots are point-in-time; a stale snapshot is not used for a risky action.

How to use it

  1. Add a pending server with name/address.
  2. Prepare remote enrolment.
  3. Pair/compare fingerprint.
  4. Wait for the first snapshot.
  5. Open details.
  6. Disable/remove for decommission.

Important rules

  • Offline: fix communication/trust first.
  • Timeout/lost response is not automatic success.
  • Revoke trust before removal.
