Digi Control documentation
Digi Control — complete operating guide
Starting point for day-to-day administration through WEB/Admin and the interactive dctl console.
What it covers
- Digi Control is the shared administration and operations layer of DigiOS: system state, software, services, workers, product modules, hardware, networking, firewall, diagnostics, remote administration and audit.
- It has two official interfaces — WEB/Admin and the interactive dctl console. Both use the same runtime logic, policies, locks, confirmations and audit trail.
- WEB is for visual status, interactive server/module cards and history. dctl is for local guided operations, diagnostics and recovery, including when WEB is unavailable.
How to use it
- Start at Dashboard and review blockers, warnings and stale servers.
- Click the relevant server/module/service/finding for detail.
- Before a change use Plan/Preview.
- After a change verify progress, journal, reconciliation, health and audit.
Important rules
- Ready/OK has no known blocker; Review/Warning needs attention; Blocked/Error stops an operation; Stale is old information; Pending is incomplete.
- Workers collect evidence and recommendations but must not make uncontrolled critical changes.
- User documentation excludes developer build, compilation, package production and factory release.
