WEB/Admin — structure, roles and safe operation

Organisation of the visual interface, dynamic navigation, roles and the common action flow.

What it covers

  • Main areas are Dashboard, Software, Transactions, Modules, Services, Audit and Help. Additional domains appear only with an available backend, hardware capability or validated product module.
  • Viewer reads status/history; Operator launches allowed operational actions; Administrator manages software, services, access and policies according to capabilities.
  • A disabled button normally means a missing capability, blocking policy, active lock, stale data or unmet prerequisite.

How to use it

  1. Open the object and check current state/generation time/warnings.
  2. Select an action and review plan/consequences/target.
  3. Confirm the exact token.
  4. Follow progress and open audit/journal on failure.

Important rules

  • Refresh updates a snapshot; it does not apply changes.
  • Always check Last seen for a managed server.
  • WEB and console use the same backend policy.
