Hardware overview and catalogue

CPU, memory, storage, network, controllers, GPU, BMC and sensors.

What it covers

  • The catalogue can include CPU sockets/cores/threads, memory/ECC, block devices/filesystems/mounts, NVMe/SATA/SAS health, RAID/HBA, NICs, GPU, system/chassis/baseboard, BMC/IPMI/Redfish and temperature/power/cooling sensors.
  • Interactive component detail shows stable ID, vendor/model/serial, parent-child topology, driver/firmware, lifecycle, evidence coverage, findings, timeline and open cases.
  • Snapshot comparison detects missing/replaced/hotplug/firmware/topology changes.

How to use it

  1. Refresh.
  2. Select a component.
  3. Review identity/topology.
  4. Compare snapshots.
  5. Open a finding/case.

Important rules

  • Not every change is a defect.
  • A replacement candidate is a recommendation.
  • A VM can hide physical identity.
