Administrative dashboard
What an operator should check after sign-in and how to move to a specific issue.
Initial overview
Operational work starts at Admin → Dashboard. The dashboard summarises system state and links to Settings, Users, Mail, Security, Mail Flow, Workflow, Migration, Modules and Integrations according to permissions.
What to check
- visible errors or warnings;
- the effective licence mode;
- whether SMTP is allowed;
- accumulated workflow or mail-flow work;
- a problematic domain, office node or migration job;
- the time of the last successful worker activity.
From symptom to evidence
Do not change settings immediately. If a user reports that a message did not arrive, first identify the domain, mailbox and message trace. If a worker appears stopped, open job detail and heartbeat information. The dashboard is a starting point; detailed screens and audit provide the evidence for the final action.
