Domain management
Adding, activating and maintaining a mail domain, its administrators and policies.
Add a domain
From Admin → Mail, choose Add Domain. Enter the exact DNS name, associate it with the correct Owner and set the initial state. Do not use a temporary name in production.
After creation, verify:
- the domain appears in the Mail overview;
- the correct Domain Admin users are assigned;
- quotas and modules match the plan;
- MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are prepared;
- inbound and outbound flow are permitted by policy.
Domain Administrators
Add or remove administrators from the domain detail screen. This permission must remain scoped to the selected domain and does not automatically grant access to message content.
Disable a domain
Before disabling a domain, review queues, active migrations, office nodes and dependent services. Disabling may stop acceptance or sending, but must not delete stored data.
