System settings
Webmail brand, Edge token, Mail Access Mode and password policy.
Settings screen
From Admin → Settings, a system administrator manages values stored in the database and applied immediately.

| Warn Day | Days before expiry when a warning is shown |

Controlled change
Before Save, record the current value and the reason. After the change, test with a limited user and review audit. The Edge token is a sensitive credential; never place it in a ticket, screenshot or ordinary email.
Licence impact
The top of the screen shows effective licence mode and SMTP state. If SMTP is off, review the licence screen first; changing a general mail setting will not bypass a licence restriction.
