Domain and mailbox administration

Mail overview

From Admin → Mail, view managed domains. Select a domain to open its detail screen. This is where mailboxes are created, DKIM records are added and Domain Admin users are managed.

Domain detail

Before creating a mailbox, review domain status, plan, limits and available capacity. Choose Create Mailbox, enter the address, type, owner and quota, then open mailbox detail after Save.

Mailbox detail

From mailbox detail you can:

• review the mailbox user and state;
• add authorised identities;
• inspect quota and used space;
• associate sharing or delegation according to the model;
• verify that the address is unique.

Verification

Send an internal test message, then an external one only after DNS and mail flow are ready. Confirm receipt, the Sent copy and message trace.
