Inbox, Sent and folders

Inbox

Inbox displays incoming messages for the current mailbox. Unread entries are visually distinguished. Open a row to view full headers, content and attachments.

Sent

Sent displays messages sent from the current mailbox or identity. When working through delegation, confirm that the message was stored under the correct mailbox context.

Paging

For large mailboxes, use Previous/Next or page numbers. Paging does not modify content and does not automatically mark all messages as read.

Moving messages

From the message or Quarantine screen, select the destination folder and confirm Move. Moving changes folder placement while preserving the message identity and audit trail. Do not use Quarantine as a normal archive.

If a folder is missing, verify that it exists in the same mailbox and that the current user has write permission.
